Recipe for Monas Salmon and Corn Casserole

2 x	Eggs
1/2 cup	Half-and-half
1 tsp	Onion -- instant minced
1/8 tsp	Pepper
1 can	Corn -- whole kernel(12oz)
1 can	Salmon -- drained(7.75z)

Instructions:

Instructions: 1. Beat eggs in a medium-size bowl; add remaining ingredients except cheese.

2. Mix well.

3. Pour into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese.

4. Bake in preheated 350F. oven 45 to 50 minutes, or until firm.
