Instructions: Melt butter & brown onions lightly over low heat. Add flour stirring continuously. Add broth & milk or only milk + herbs. Bring to a slow boil, put in food processor, bring back to stove then slowly add cheese until cheese melts stirring continuously. Sprinkle with paprika & croutons.
