Instructions: Take two complete chicken breasts and brown them in a fry pan (a clove of Garlic is optional). Remove them and put on a plate. In the same fry pan place a cup of diced onions and let cook until they begin to brown. Add two tomatoes cut into eights, a Green pepper cut into strips, return the chicken on top of this (according to the cooks taste). Serve on platter when ready.
