Instructions: You can also use cold cuts such as turkey ham, beef pastrami, chicken bologna, etc.
1. Mix all the ingredients for the honey mustard mayonnaise in a small bowl. 2. Assemble sandwich using the sliced chicken and vegetable in layers, adding some honey mustard mayonnaise in between the layers. For maximum enjoyment, eat immediately. Either use slices of ready-roasted chicken or pan fry chicken breasts which have been rubbed with a little salt, pepper and/or any other seasonings of your choice (spices, herbs, curry powder, etc.).
