Instructions: Line a 9" pie pan with pastry, fluting a high edge. Combine all ingredients and beat with rotary egg beater until well blended. Pour mixture into pastry lined pan. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 )

for 50-60 minutes or until filling is set. Cool before cutting into wedges.

Makes 6-8 servings.
