3 tbl Margarine or Butter
3 tbl All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Dried Minced Onion
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Ground Red Pepper
2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
1/4 cup Shredded Jack Cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: In a small saucepan melt margarine; stir in flour, onion, garlic powder, and red pepper. Stir in milk and broth all at once. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

Gradually add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Transfer to a fondue pot; place over fondue burner. Serve with bread cubes.
