Instructions: 1. Cut steaks lengthwise in half, and then crosswise into thin strips. In medium bowl, combine marinade ingredients; add beef, tossing to coat. Cover & marinate in refrigerator for 20 mins.
2. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Heat large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef, (1/2at a time), and stir-fry 1-2 mins., or until outside surface is no longer pink. (DO NOT OVERCOOK). Add cole slaw mix, green onions & cornstarch mix. Cook & stir until sauce is thickened and bubbly. 3. To assemble, spread 1 side of tortilla with hoison sauce. Sppon 1/2 c of beef mix in center of each tortilla. Fol bottom edge over filling.
