Ingredients:

2 tbl soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tbl vegetable oil
1 pkt broccoli or cabbage slaw - (10 oz) abt 3 cups
4 x green onions cut in 2" pieces
1 x Onion-Crusted Turkey Cutlet (see recipe),
cut into 1/4" slivers
Instructions:
Instructions: In a small bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons water, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and ginger until dissolved.

In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add slaw and cook 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in green onions and turkey. Add the soy sauce mixture and cook until the sauce thickens and the turkey is heated through, stirring constantly.

Spoon the turkey mixture across the center of tortillas, dividing evenly. Roll up and serve.

This recipe yields 2 servings.
