Instructions: Roll pork out thin. Wrap roast with pork. Refrigerate overnight or 10-12 hours. Heat oven to 300. Remove & discard pork. Rub thoroughly with mustard. Season with salt & pepper. Place in roaster. Surround with vegetables. Pour tomatoes over. Cover & bake 2 hours.
