Instructions: Clean the fish and coat the inside with olive oil. Place the whole stalks of fennel and sliced lemons inside. Close the fish using toothpick or shish kebab sticks. Grill the fish on both sides until done.
For the sauce: Heat olive oil in a saucepan on the grill. Add garlic and crushed red pepper. Add tomatoes, anchovies, capers, olives and salt and pepper. Saute for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat. Place fish on a serving platter; remove toothpicks, open the fish and pour the sauce inside. Email this Recipe:
