1 scoop vanilla flavoured protein powder - (to 2)
1 tbl cocoa powder - (heaping)
1 x banana sliced
1 tbl natural peanut butter
3 dsh stevia liquid - (to 4) if desired
(natural sweetener)
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until the desired consistency is achieved. You can also use soy milk in this recipe if you wish.
