Instructions: Finey chop onion.
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil and butter intil golden. Add breadcrumbs and finely chopped parsley and cook for a few minutes, stirring continously. Remove from heat and mix in almonds and raisins. Season with spices, salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool. Stir in beaten egg and white wine. Use for roast chicken or turkey.
