Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup onions, medium
1 tsp garlic, crushed
2 tbl olive oil
2 tbl butter
2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
2 tbl parsley, chopped
1/2 cup almonds, slivered
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 tsp cumin, ground
1/4 tsp ginger, ground
1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
salt, pepper
1 x eggs
Instructions:
Instructions: Finey chop onion.

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil and butter intil golden.

Add breadcrumbs and finely chopped parsley and cook for a few minutes, stirring continously.

Remove from heat and mix in almonds and raisins.

Season with spices, salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool. Stir in beaten egg and white wine.

Use for roast chicken or turkey.
