2 tbl Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Coarsely-ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp Ground cardamom
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1/2 tsp Ground fenugreek
1/2 tsp Ground cloves
1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground allspice
Instructions:
Instructions: In small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Use immediately or store in a tightly covered contianer for up to 1 month.

Rub onto the meat or poultry and let stand 15 minutes or refrigerate up to 4 hours before grilling.
