Instructions: Core apples and pears and cut into thin slices.
Place in serving bowl and add combined orange and lemon juices to prevent the apples and pears discolouring. Peel and cut bananas thinly. Add to fruit in bowl and toss gently. Add orange flower water and sprinkle with icing sugar to taste. Add strawberry halves to fruit salad. Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves. Grate orange rind and cook in water or light sugar syrup for 5 minutes drain. Arrange over fruit salad and serve. Note. Cutting the strawberries helps to develop the flavour.
