Comments: A tajin (or tagine) is a traditional Moroccan slow-cooked stew that is flavored with a multitude of precisely measured spices. What makes a tajin an intensely rich and satisfying dish is how the spices interact with each other and the meat. After 1 to 2 days of marinating, the lamb will take on a most intriguing flavor that will produce exquisite aromas as it grills.
