Instructions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Saute diced vegetables in olive oil until tender. Let cool.
Mix cooked vegetables with turkey. Add eggs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, herbes de Provence and Worcestershire sauce. Add bread crumbs. Form into a big loaf and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour - until nice and brown. Email this Recipe:
