2 x carrots, diced
1 x white onion, diced
5 x celery stalks, diced
1 tbl olive oil
5 lb ground white turkey meat
2 x eggs
1 tbl garlic, minced
1 tbl parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Pinch paprika
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch herbes de Provence
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Saute diced vegetables in olive oil until tender. Let cool.

Mix cooked vegetables with turkey. Add eggs, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, herbes de Provence and Worcestershire sauce. Add bread crumbs.

Form into a big loaf and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour - until nice and brown.
