Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
8 oz uncooked mostaccioli (about 3 cups)
1 bn green onions, (with
tops), sliced
1/4 cup pine nuts, pistachio nuts or
slivered almonds
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/3 cup margarine or butter
1/4 lb prosciutto or thinly sliced
fully cooked smoked ham, cut
into thin strips
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook mostaccioli as directed on package; drain. Cook and stir onions, pine nuts and seasoned salt in margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until onions are tender, about 3 minutes. Toss onion mixture, prosciutto, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the hot mostaccioli. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 4 SERVINGS
