1 med	Cabbage, grated
3 med	Carrots, grated
4 x	Sweet gherkins, diced
1 tbl	Sweet pickle juice
1/2 tbl	Sugar
1 tbl	White vinegar

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine cabbage, carrots and gherkins. Blend remaining ingredients; add to vegetable mixture. Chill.

Stir before serving.
