4 slc Bacon -- diced
1 can Sauerkraut - 1-lb. 11oz.
1 head cabbage -- chopped
1 lrg Onion -- diced
1 tbl Butter
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Instructions: In small skillet, cook bacon, saving drippings. In slow-cooking pot, combine sauerkraut, cabbage, onion, butter, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour cooked bacon and drippings over all. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 5 hours.
