Instructions: *Or can use coleslaw mix for cabbage and carrots
Make plum sauce by mixing all ingredient in 1 quart saucepan and cooking over medium heat about 5 minutes or until plums are tender. Heat oil in 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in center. Stir in remaining ingredients except tortillas. Cook 4-6 minutes stirring constantly, until cabbage is tender crisp. Warm tortillas. Place 1/3 cup chicken mixture on each tortilla; roll tortilla around filling. Serve with sauce. Email this Recipe:
