Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugars and Crisco. Add eggs, vanilla, and mashed bananas. Stir in remaining dry ingredients, coconut, and walnuts. Pour into well-greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
