Instructions: Cook, rinse and drain fettuccine. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and saute briefly. Add the mushrooms and saute for 4-5 minutes. Add the sour cream, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Heat through, then add the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
