Instructions: Heat oil and butter in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add celery and next 8 ingredients; saute 7 minutes. Add peppers and peas; saute 4 minutes. Add broth; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes. Add beans and tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes.
