Instructions: Cream butter and brown sugar, add flour and sifted baking powder. Spread on 16x11 cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes. Watch it near the end - it burns! Place Hersheys bars on top and allow to melt. Spread and sprinkle with pecans.
