1 pkt Dry Yeast
2 cup Warm Water
4 cup Self-Rising Flour
1 x Egg
1/4 cup Sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in flour. Beat egg and sugar, add shortening; cream. Add creamed mixture to flour mixture. Dont knead, spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 400-degree oven.

Dough keeps one week.
