2 tbl	Dry mustard
2 x	Eggs
1 cup	Rich milk
1 tbl	Butter (size of an egg)
1/2 cup	Vinegar

Instructions:

Instructions: Heat first 6 ingredients in top of double boiler until good and hot then add the vinegar and salt and cook till thick.
