Instructions: Ome pound of rice, 3 quarts milk, 8 eggs, 4 oz. butter, 6 oz. sugar, a few bitter almonds and some saffron. Boil the rice in the milk till a little soft, then add the butter & sugar and stir till well mixed. When cold add the other ingredients and bake it.
