Note: all measurements are approximate. if you want a crunch without the fat of nuts, I think a bit of grape nuts might do the trick, I havent tried it but I intend to. I eat this with vanilla low fat soy milk and whatever fresh fruit is around, my fave is a combination of peaches or nectarines and blueberries. Yum. Obviously, any dried fruit you like would be good, currents, dried blueberries, wahtever. Email this Recipe:
