Instructions: Mix the cheese butter Worcester sauce mustard and beer nto a rough paste.

Spread the chutney over the toasted muffins then spread the cheese mixture on top.

Grill for a minute or so until the cheese and muffin are singed in patches.

If the toast is very slightly charred at the edges so much the better.
