6 tbl	Mulberry vinegar
1/2 tbl	Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp	Sugar
3/4 tsp	Pepper
3/4 cup	Olive oil
	SALAD
1 lrg	Head red leaf lettuce chopped
1 lrg	Head romaine lettuce chopped
1 bn	Arugula, chopped
3/4 lb	Mushrooms, chopped
3/4 lb	Tomatoes, chopped
4 x	Green onions, chopped

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix first 5 vinaigrette ingredients in small bowl. Gradually whisk in olive oil. Combine salad ingredients in large bowl. Add enough dressing to season to taste and toss well.
