3/4 cup water
1/4 cup white bread flour
1/4 cup wheat bread flour
1 tbl dry milk
1 tsp salt
1 tbl butter
1/4 cup seven-grain rolled cereal
2 tbl wheat germ
1 tbl oat bran
1 tbl cracked wheat
1/2 tbl honey
1 tsp fast rise or machine yeast
Instructions:
Instructions: Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Process on the Regular, Rapid, or Delayed cycle.

Hints: Any unsweetened multi-grain cereal should work in this bread. For accent and crunch, sprinkle a few oats on top after the final rise, just before baking.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
