1 lb Ground beef
3 lrg Onions, chopped
1/2 can Tomato sauce
1 lb Cheddar cheese, grated
1 stk oleo
1 can Mushrooms (4 oz.)
1 can Tomato soup
1 pkt Shell macaroni (8 oz.)
1 can Pimentos
Instructions:
Instructions: Slowly fry onions in butter, not too brown. Cook meat in dry skillet until crumbly. Mix all other ingredients, except cheese and macaroni, with meat and onions. Cook over low heat until well blended. Add a little water if necessary. Cook and drain macaroni. Add macaroni to meat mixture and simmer. Add cheese to meat and simmer until cheese is melted. Long, slow cooking of meat mixture brings out flavor.
