Instructions: Thaw fish if frozen. Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into 4 serving-size pieces, if necessary. Arrange fish in a 2-quart rectangular baking dish baking dish, turning under thin edges. Sprinkle with salt.
In a small saucepan melt margarine; add mushrooms, onions, and tarragon. Cook over medium heat till tender. Spoon mushrooms mixture fish; sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, at 450F degrees for 12 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Email this Recipe:
