Instructions: Coat steaks with seasoned flour, gently brown the onion in a pan with the oil. Remove the onion and keep on one side whilst browning the steak on both sides. Place the steak , onion, and the remaining ingredients in an ovenproof dish, cover and cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Ideal served on a bed of fresh tagliatelle verdi.
