Instructions: In a medium bowl, combine the beef, mushrooms, onion, oregano, salt and pepper; mix well. Shape into four patties.
Grill burgers over medium-hot coals for 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once. Top each burger with a slice of cheese; grill until melted, about 3 minutes.
