Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz canned mushrooms drained this is really good if you use sauteed
fresh mushrooms
1 cup grated Choplets (this a kind of gluten "steak" sold in a can)
1 cup potato shredded, with skin
3/4 cup evaporated skim milk
3 x eggs beaten (use egg substitute )
1/2 tsp sage
1 pch thyme
1/2 tbl McKays "Chicken" seasoning (may use same amount bouillon)
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onions and mushrooms if using fresh whichever way you choose, adding the mushrooms when the onions are mostly done. If using canned mushrooms just add them when the onions are done and saute a bit. Mix well with other ingredients in a bowl. Bake in a sprayed loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour, or until "set"

This is good for a light meal with a hearty salad and bread, and the leftovers are good for breakfast warmed in the microwave! :)
