Instructions: Place 3 tablespoons of the wine in a large frying pan. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms, 2 Tbsp of teh wine, and the soy sauce. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, place the tofu in a food processor with the remaining 1 Tbsp wine and the lemon juice. Process until smooth. Pour into the pan with the mushrooms and onions. Mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until heated through. Serve over pasta. Email this Recipe:
