1 lb mushrooms (to 2 pounds)
2 x beef bouillon cubes
1/2 cup water
1 stk butter (1/2 cup)
2 tbl flour
1/2 cup cream
1/8 tsp salt
black pepper
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Break stems from mushrooms and break caps into uniform pieces. or as close as possible. Place in 8 x 10 baking dish. Melt bouillon cubes in water in microwave. Melt butter in microwave.

Blend flour in butter. Combine bouillon broth, butter/flour mixture, cream, salt & pepper. Pour over mushrooms and mix lightly.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. (Fold in gently after removing from oven to blend through mushrooms.) Bake 30 min @ 350 degrees.

NOTE: If recipe is doubled, use a 9 x 13 pan and double every ingredient except the parmesan cheese. (It gets too strong.)
