Sprinkle flour over vegetables and cook over medium-low heat, stirring, 1 minute. Gradually add water, stirring constantly; cook over mediumheat until mixture is somewhat thickened.Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly.Garnish with paprika and toasted almonds if desired.
