Ingredients:

250 gm tagliatelle
1 tbl olive oil
1 x onions, medium
1 tsp garlic, crushed
4 slc bacon
1/4 cup pinenuts
250 gm mushrooms
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup sour cream
1 x eggs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbl parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water. Drain well and set aside.

Prepare the sauce:
Dice onion.

Slice bacon and mushrooms.

Heat oil in a pan; add onion, bacon, garlic, pinenuts and cook 3 minutes until onion is softenned. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring,2 minutes. Add wine and stir through for 2 minutes until mushrooms are soft. Stir in sour cream, egg, cheese and parsley and cook over low heat until heated through. Season well.

Pour sauce over pasta and serve.
