1/4 cup	barley flakes
2 tbl	wheat bran
2 tbl	dried minced onions
2 tbl	crumbled dried imported mushrooms
1/2 tsp	salt
3/4 cup	water plus
2 tbl	water (1 1/2 pound loaf)
2 tsp	dry yeast
3 cup	bread flour
1/3 cup	barley flakes
3 tbl	wheat bran
3 tbl	dried minced onions
3 tbl	crumbled dried imported mushrooms
3/4 tsp	salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Add ingredients to your Bread Machine pan in the order given.

This recipe can be used with the regular or rapid time bake cycles.

*Barley flakes are available at health food stores. (Picture)
