Ingredients:

250 gm Dried tagliatelle, (8oz)
2 tbl Olive oil
25 gm Butter, (1oz)
1 lrg Onion, chopped
2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
1 x 454 gram pac mixed mushrooms, washed and sliced (1lb)
1/2 tbl Freshly chopped tarragon
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Cook the tagliatelle following instructions on the pack, draining when cooked.

2. Meanwhile, heat the oil and butter in a frying pan until the butter has melted, add the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened.

3. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook for a further 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the tarragon and seasoning and cook for a further minute.

4. Add the cooked drained tagliatelle to the mushrooms, mix well.

5. Serve immediately garnished with a sprig of fresh tarragon.

NOTES : For a speedy supper try this recipe. Fresh mushrooms are flavoured with onion, garlic and aromatic tarragon and combined to create a truly tasty dish.
