Instructions: Remove stalks rom mushrooms. Dice fine. Dice onions and bacon.
In a heavy based pan fry bacon for 1 minute, add onions and garlic and continue to cook 1 minute or until onions are tender. Add diced mushroom stalks and cook a furthur 2 minutes. Combine breadcrumbs with parsley. Place a smoked oyster in each mushroom cap, sprinkle with worcestershire sauce. Add bacon mixture and cover with breadcrumbs and parsley. Dot liberally with butter and place under preheated grill or in a very hot oven for 6-8 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and crumbs are golden brown. Email this Recipe:
