Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lb Mushrooms
8 oz Sour cream
1 tbl Flour (or a little more, depending on consistency)
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Slice & cook mushrooms, 5-10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, flour, cheese, and salt to taste. Stir together & cook 5 minutes (boil). Stir in chopped parsley. Bake 1/2 hr to 45 minutes at 325 degrees. I use this with fish or beef.
