Instructions: Clean trim and slice or quarter the mushrooms.
Fry in the butter until softened. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add the cream stirring all the time. Still stirring heat the sauce very gently until thickened. Season carefully with salt pepper and nutmeg. Pour into a warmed serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
