Instructions: While the pasta is cooking (following the instructions on the packet) make the sauce.
Place the bacon, onion, garlic, ginger in a large hot fry-pan. When the bacon has cooked and the onion is soft add the creme fraiche, mussels and season with salt and pepper and chilli sauce. Add chopped parsley and add the hot pasta. Serve with a tossed salad. (Serves 4) Email this Recipe:
