Instructions: Steam mussels for ten minutes in broth (white wine with thyme, bay leaf, parsley, and pepper), tossing occasionally.
Heat olive oil. Add garlic, capers, and black olives; saute briefly. Add mussel broth and shucked mussels; heat just enough to pour over hot pasta. Just before serving stir in chopped parsley and red pepper. Serve over pasta. This recipe yields 4 to 5 servings. Email this Recipe:
