Instructions: Beat eggs, milk, oil and pinch of salt in bowl. Add all-purpose flour and pastry flour and mix well. Add vanilla and sugar and mix well.
Pour 1/3 cup batter per cake onto greased skillet and cook over medium heat until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Turn and cook until golden brown on other side, 2 to 3 minutes. This recipe yields 10 to 12 cakes. Email this Recipe:
