Instructions: Many years ago a friend who is Sephardic on her mothers side gave me her shuls cookbook - Sisterhood Temple Tiferes Israel.
Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs. forming thick paste. Drop with spoon in mounds about 1 inch apart on cookie sheet (since this was not a Pesach recipe it called for floured cookie sheet - I used Pesach cake meal or potato starch.) Bake for 10 minutes.
