Instructions: Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange on greased baking sheet. Bake in 400 F oven for 15 minutes until firmed a bit and browned. Turn into ungreased 3 quart casserole.
Stir brown sugar, flour and dry mustard together in small bowl. Stir in vinegar, water and prepared mustard. Pour over ham balls. Bake, uncovered, in 350 F oven, basting 2 or 3 times with sauce, for about 45 minutes. Makes about 80 ham balls. Email this Recipe:
