80 Ham balls
Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 lb Lean ham, ground
1/2 lb Ground chicken
1/2 cup Milk
1 lrg Egg, fork-beaten
1/2 tsp Seasoned salt
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Dry bread crumbs
1 cup Brown sugar, packed
2 tsp All-purpose flour
2 tsp Dry mustard
1/2 cup White vinegar
1/2 cup Water
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange on greased baking sheet. Bake in 400 F oven for 15 minutes until firmed a bit and browned. Turn into ungreased 3 quart casserole.

Stir brown sugar, flour and dry mustard together in small bowl. Stir in vinegar, water and prepared mustard. Pour over ham balls. Bake, uncovered, in 350 F oven, basting 2 or 3 times with sauce, for about 45 minutes.

Makes about 80 ham balls.
